Before I give up on this totally, wanted to ask if anyone hads any experience or information regarding Trigger Points. I think mine are causing some of my migraines.

Thought I would comment on my own post, it makes the blog not look so sad.
I now have a book that my husband is reading for me that tells how to "fix" the trigger points.
I might share if anyone actually reads this.
Okay I have now read most of the book to work on these nasty little knots of pain.
I would love to know if anyone else has tried this, and what the outcome was.
But of course no one reads this, or at least no one posts.
Never mind I find it quite cathartic postind myself.
B ut please post. Its the only way we might find a way thourgh this minefield of pain.

I suffer from the exact same thing and currently have terrible migraines caused by my Fibromyalgia. I know my trigger points and I try my own versions of trying to massage them but with little luck. They get so bad I literally can't turn my head.
